Opportunities for Music

The ministry of music is under the guidance of the Worship Ministry Team and is directed by Dr. Don Simmons.  Our goal is to provide opportunities for involvement to members of our church family at all age levels.

Adult Chancel Choir

This choir, which is open to all teenagers and adults, ministers at each weekly worship service as well as at special services of the church. Special music is provided at Christmas, Easter, and other times during the year. Rehearsals are Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Middle School Youth Choir

This choir for Grades 5 and up rehearses on Wednesdays, 4:30-5:15 p.m. in the Choir Room. The group sings during the worship services on an occasional basis.

Kidz Khoir

This choir is open to children, grades K-4. They sing periodically during regular worship services as well as in special services and activities of the church during the year. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays, 5:15-6:00 p.m.

Youth Handbell Choir

This new beginners bell choir for youth in Grades 6-12 rehearses on Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m., in the Bell Room. They minister occasionally during worship services

Praise Ringers

This adult handbell choir ministers periodically during regular worship services as well as in special services and activities of the church all during the year. Rehearsals are held on Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
